Emmy was wanting to find something to do with her 95 year old mother. In search for something accessible and close to home, she reached out to her LifeConcierge to look into local Botanical Gardens.

Emmy's LifeConcierge Beth found three accessible options near her home and included the history behind the gardens, operating hours, ticket pricing, reviews and even photos of the landscape. Emmy was so thankful for the information Beth provided.

James was flying home from a weekend getaway to Mexico when the airline made him check his carry-on bag. He was told that the bag would be put on his connecting flight but it turns out his bag was sent to baggage claim in Kansas City and never made his connecting flight to New York. So James arrived in New York but his bag did not. Great way to end an epic weekend! 

He landed and first thing on Monday morning he reached out to his LifeConcierge for support tracking down his bag. His LifeConcierge followed up with the airline, tracked the lost luggage claim and had the bag delivered to his doorstep a day later. James didn't even have to life a finger!
