Welcome to Overalls, a product of Overalls, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (“Overalls,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Overalls is committed to respecting the privacy of our users. We strive to provide a safe, secure user experience. This Privacy Policy has been created to disclose Overalls’ use, collection and protection of the personal and health information that you give to Overalls when you access or use Overalls.
Overalls provides an online service to help users select benefits and insurance policies (the “Service”). By downloading, accessing or using the Overalls Service, you signify that you have read this Privacy Policy, and the Overalls Terms of Use, and that you agree to be bound by it. Our Privacy Policy applies to all visitors, users, and any others who access the Service (“user” “you,” or “your”). Each time you visit us, the most recent published version of our Privacy Policy applies. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, you may not use our Service. Your continued use of our Service following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
A. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
You may review, correct, update or change your Overalls account profile information at any time. Simply log into your Overalls account, click on your name and scroll down to “Account,” review your account information and edit it with the options provided.
C. WHEN DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION?We collect information from you when you create a Overalls account, transmit information to us by e-mail, create or add information to your profile, and when we contact you or you contact us.
D. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIESOveralls uses “cookies” to collect analytics information via Google Analytics, and to help maintain your security and privacy online. Cookies help us to personalize and maximize your online experience and time online. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a Web page server. Cookies are not used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to your computer, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.
You may have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline all cookies if you prefer. E. ANALYTICS INFORMATIONOveralls utilizes third party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that helps us improve the Service. Overalls may allow users to sign in using third party services, including social media sites that may collect analytics information as well.
F. HOW DO WE PROTECT USER INFORMATION?No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant absolute security. Overalls is dedicated to keeping your information secure. Although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for your information, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
To the extent that Overalls is functioning as a Business Associate, Overalls implements technical, physical, and administrative safeguards as required by HIPAA to protect your information. However, to the extent Overalls is operating as a Business Associate, the Covered Entity (e.g., your employer or insurer) is responsible for validating our privacy and security practices prior to entering into a Business Associate Agreement with us, and is responsible for ensuring that a Business Associate Agreement has been executed.
We require that you use a password to protect your information when using the Service. It is your responsibility to keep that login information secure. Furthermore, it is your decision to provide us with your PHI.
Overalls uses a service company to process its information transactions. Overalls has the right to share your de-identified personal and health information and aggregate data with third parties in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Information you provide helps us respond to your customer service requests and support needs more efficiently.
We may use your de-identified information to understand how our Users as a group use the Service and resources provided on the Service.

We may use your e-mail address to send you communication relating to your account including account verification, changes to our Service, technical and security notices. H. WHERE INFORMATION IS PROCESSEDThe Internet is a global environment. Using the Internet to collect and process personal and health information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. This means that your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those where you are located. Overalls is based in the United States. When you use our Service you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the United States and other countries.
We may share your information in response to a request from law enforcement officials both within and without the United States if we have a good faith belief that the law requires us to do so. We may have to share your information in response to civil or criminal subpoenas, or other requests by law enforcement personnel, to establish or exercise our legal rights or, defend against legal claims and if in our judgment in such circumstances disclosure is required or appropriate.
We may also share your information if we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, in the event of suspected fraud, in situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, in violations of our Terms, or as otherwise required by law.
L. CHILDRENChildren under the age of 13 should not attempt to use or access our Service. Further, we never collect or maintain information from our Service from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Services are structured to attract anyone under 13. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
